Erst ein recht mittelmÃ¤ssiger Schauspieler im amerikanischen Film, wurde Clint Eastwood durch seine Rollen in den Italowestern des Sergio Leone zu einem Weltstar. ZurÃ¼ckkehrt in die USA dann erst mal ein knallharter Actionheld in den "Dirty Harry"-Filmen entdeckte er dann sein Talent als Regisseur und schuf beinahe kontinuierlich Filme, die von mal zu mal besser und interessanter wurden. Heute ist ein neuer Clint Eastwood Film schon ein "muss".

Seine Filme wurden des Ã¶fteren ausgezeichnet, so erhielt er etwa 1993 vier Oscars fÃ¼r UNFORGIVEN (lhg 2011)
