Bonaventura Ibáñez was born on February 18, 1876 in Barcelona. He was Actor, known for I segreti dell'anima (1912), L' âge d'or (1930), Tigre reale (1916), Bonaventura Ibáñez's first movie on record is from 1911. Bonaventura Ibáñez died on May 1, 1932. His last motion picture on file dates from 1930.
Biographical Notes in German: Schauspieler des italienischen Stummfilms, in Barcelona geboren. 1910 debütiert Ibañez bei der Milano Film, später zur Italia Film, Sovoia und zur Gloria. 1915 wurde er von der Cines für eine der Hauptrollen in "Vetturale del Moncenisio" verpflichtet. Im gleichen Jahr starb Ibañez' Frau, die Schauspielerin Celeste Papetta. In den Zwanziger Jahren spielte Ibañez auch in einigen amerikanischen Filmen, die in Rom gedreht wurden. Sein letzter Film in Italien war 1929 "La Grazia", Ibañez wird noch als einer der Schauspieler in Luis Buñuels "L'Age d'Or" genannt - der Tonfilm beendete die Karriere. (lhg 2011)
