She was married to Arthur F. Beck. Leah Baird died on October 3, 1971 in Hollywood, California, USA. Her last motion picture on file dates from 1957.
Biographical Notes in German: Actress and Scriptwriter, (1883-1971), born in Chicago, Ill., one of the first “Woman Authors†of the industry. Debuts at Vitagraph, in 1917 joins Universal, the scripted various productions for Colleen Moore. In 1927 she leaves the screen, returns for secondary parts in 1942.
