Mini-Biography:
John Barrymore was born under the given name John Sidney Blyth on February 15, 1882 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. He was an American Actor, known for Grand Hotel (1932), Don Juan (1926), Dinner at Eight (1933), John Barrymore's first movie on record is from 1912. He was married to Katherine Corri Harris (1910-1917), Blanche Oelrichs (1920-1928), Dolores Costello (1928-1934) and Elaine Barrie (1936-1940). John Barrymore died on May 29, 1942 in Los Angeles, California, USA. His last motion picture on file dates from 1941.
[lhg 2014]
