Anny Ondra died on February 28, 1987. Her last motion picture on file dates from 1957.
Biographical Notes in German: eigentlich Ondraková, Tochter eines österreichischen Offiziers. Pula, Theresienstadt, Prag, dort durch Karel Lamac zum Film. 1930 Gründung der Ondra-Lamac Filmgesesellschaft. Seit circa 1927 Filme in Deutschland. 1937 Heirat mit Max Schmeling. Führte die Rollen von Ossi Oswalda weiter.
