Geboren am 8.5.1963 in Versailles. Besuchte eine Kunstschule in Paris und spielte Schlagzeug in der Band Oui Oui, mit der er bis 1992 neben zwei Alben und mehreren Singles auch seine ersten Videos realisierte. Es folgten Clips für Björk, The Chemical Brothers, Massive Attack, Daft Punk, Cibo Matto und viele andere. 2001 entstand nach einem Drehbuch von Charlie Kaufman sein erster Spielfilm HUMAN NATURE. Für ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND wurde er als Co-Autor neben Kaufman 2004 mit einem Oscar ausgezeichnet.
