Synopsis in German
Pater O'Malley tritt sein neues Amt in der Gemeinde St. Marien an. Dort begegnet er Schwester Benedicta, die hingebungsvoll die Klosterschule leitet. Bald zeigt sich, dass die beiden in Sachen Erziehung nicht immer einer Meinung sind. Als der Geschäftsmann Mr. Bogardus die baufällige Schule abreisen will, stimmt Pater O'Malley schweren Herzens zu. Schwester Benedicta hofft dagegen auf ein Wunder.
