Synopsis in German
In Dortmund ermitteln die Kommissare Peter Faber (Jörg Hartmann), Martina Bönisch (Anna Schudt), Nora Dalay (Aylin Tezel) und Daniel Kossik (Stefan Konarske). Aufklären müssen sie den Tod eines jungen Fallschirmspringers. Sein Schirm war offensichtlich manipuliert worden. Er wird es nicht überleben. Leo Janek liegt auf der Intensivstation, bei künstlicher Beatmung. Zuvor hatte jemand den jungen, schwer verletzten Familienvater vor der Klinik abgeladen.

Die Kommissare Peter Faber und Martina Bönisch begeben sich auf Spurensuche in Janeks persönlichem Umfeld. Hier gab es zuletzt wohl des Öfteren Spannungen: in seinem Job bei einer Bank, mit seiner Frau Klara (Inez Bjørg David) und dem Sohn Martin Janek sowie mit dem Schwager Frank (Constantin von Jascheroff), dem er einen Kredit verschafft hatte. All das empfand der abenteuerlustige Leo Janek als Einbahnstraße. Den Kick holte er sich beim Fallschirmspringen.

Die Kommissare Nora Dalay und Daniel Kossik ermitteln verdeckt in seinem Springerclub. Dort finden sie heraus, dass Leo Janek Teil einer BaseJumperSzene war, in der Sprünge mit dem Fallschirm von hohen Gebäuden zur ultimativen Herausforderung gehören. Ist er bei solch einem waghalsigen Sprung ums Leben gekommen? Volles Risiko geht auch Nora Dalay: Sie hat das Interesse des attraktiven Fallschirmlehrers Jules Lanke (Albrecht Schuch) geweckt.
