"Nach einer gescheiterten Beziehung sucht Mathematiklehrerin Senta (And-rea Eckert) die Einsamkeit. Sie mietet ein abgelegenes Winzerhaus in der Steiermark. Die Nachbarn kommen ihr etwas schrullig vor, aber Senta denkt sich nichts Böses dabei. Überraschend besucht der Hausherr Stefan (Tobias Moretti) sein Anwesen. Er ist Koch und von gewinnendem Charme, findet Senta. Doch bald keimt in ihr ein grausiger Verdacht: Klebt etwa Menschenblut an seinen Händen? TV-Profi Xaver Schwarzenberger („Andreas Hofer 1809 Die Freiheit des Adlers“) hat seinen doppelbödigen Blutwurst-Walzer mit starken Darstellern besetzt.
