Synopsis in German
Fragmentatische Fortsetzung des ersten Films um die emanziperte Ärztin: Vera Jureneva lebt zusammen mit ihrem Geliebten und dem unehlichen Kind ihres Mannes. An der Universität verteidigt sie erfolgreich ihre Dissertation. In die Geschichte verwoben ist auch eine Episode um eine Erbschaft in Kiev.
Die visionierte Kopie war ohne Zwischentitel und möglicherweise auch nicht in der vorgesehen Montagefolge. Wie bereits im ersten Teil ist die Darstellung der für die damalige Zeit weit emanzipierten Frau interessant, und die Jureneva manifestiert sich als eine Vollblutschauspielerin, die mit wenig Gesten die Leinwand beherrscht.
