Hauptkommissar Nick Tschiller (Til Schweiger) und sein Kollege Yalcin Gümer (Fahri Yardim) setzen ihren Kampf gegen die Hamburger Unterwelt fort.
Der kurdische Astan-Clan droht mit einem gigantischen Drogengeschäft die Macht zu übernehmen, obwohl Clan-Boss Firat Astan (Erdal Yildiz) gemeinsam mit seinem querschnittgelähmten Bruder Ismal (Sahin Eriylmaz) im Gefängnis sitzt.
Tschiller holt sich Enno Kromer (Ralph Herforth), den verbitterten Drogenspezialisten des LKA, zu Hilfe, der seit Jahren vergeblich den Hamburger Drogensumpf trockenzulegen versucht. Unterstützung bekommt Nick auch durch Staatsanwältin Hanna Lennertz (Edita Malovcic), mit der er eine Affäre begonnen hat, sowie von seiner Kollegin Ines Kallwey (Britta Hammelstein) und von dem Kripo-Mann Holger Petretti (Tim Wilde). Doch dann setzt Firat Astan ein hohes Kopfgeld auf Tschiller aus, durch das auch seine Ex-Frau Isabella (Stefanie Stappenbeck) und seine Tochter Lenny (Luna Schweiger) in Gefahr geraten ...
